ko-a (transitive verb) to cover; to seal; to bury; to bind (as of food). aimur akiria: to bury beer-dough (in preparing beer). aimur kede alup: to cover with soil (to ferment). aimur akituk (euphemism) to be dead and buried. abu eong kadum nges kemur akituk: I found her/him dead and buried. abu kadum kes kemurata akitukes: I found them dead and buried. cp. airap, aida, aipuc, ainuk.
