ki-a (transitive verb) to duck down (to evade a blow); to clear grass; to trim; to slash (as of grass). kikot erot lo: slash the grass on either side of this road. ekosete idwe anya: the children are slashing the grass. cp. aikat anya: to cut or slash the grass.
